10 pickleball courts
- 6 courts – uncovered
- 4 courts – covered
Tournaments will be hosted
Pickleball instruction will be available
Pickleball related merchandise will be sold (e.g., paddles, balls, bag, etc.)
Event space both indoor and outdoor space will also be established

Other amenities and uses:

Brewpub serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options
Full bar with beer, wine, spirits, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks
Other entertainment / games
Live Music
Cornhole, shuffleboard, and other outdoor games
Arcade type games inside
Tidal Creek will also have a small Brewery (1 BBL system) to make small batch craft beers
In addition, parts of the building will be used for dry and cold storage and administrative purposes (e.g., offices, conference room)
